indian tetris love

today i went to the new mall with one of my clients and re (re-re-re-re) discovered my love for tetris. i fuckin' love it! it was on one of those 80 game nintendo things like we had at camp. the guy that was working the keosk (spell) was bazzar. (keep in mind he was indian and his english wasn't the greatest. he had really beautiful eyes but i couldn't figure out if he was attractive or not. it went back and forth.) the first thing he says to me is, "hello sir, (skipping right past the guy i'm working with) how are you toda-oh i love your sunglasses. may i see them please....just let me see them." he has this huge smile on his face so i can't help but smile because of it and because i can't figure out if i find him attractive or not. i say no though of course cuz these glasses for some reason have become the one material possession, besides anything madonna, that i have this huge obsessive possession over. its weird. than he asks if they are ray-ban which for some reason, most likely cuz it makes me think totaly 80's, i laugh out loud at him and tell him that they are just some cheap glasses. "oh, well i like them very much." this is the part where i couldn't tell if he was hitting on me or not and whether i liked it or not. he got real close and showed me how to work the game and then show me all these different things. finally he got the point that i jsut wanted to play tetris and left me alone but kept coming back and standing on my left side. no literally on my left side, well he got a little upset i think cuz i was just playing and not buying. he offered me the entire system plus an extra 80 games for $10 less than the original system price. i asked if this deal would still be good tomorrow when i got paid and he said no. so as a matter of factly. then he walked away with hardly a smile. i can't belive he couldn't see from the beginning that i couldn't be sold. not by the compliments on my glasses not by the extreme friendliness. and apparently not by the deal, cuz i had my check book in my back pocket the entire time. oh well it was great cuz my client and i played nintendo and got really into it and really competitive which is brand new for him. it got him talking when he's usually very quiet and bashfull. it was fun. i spent a good hour or more before that just wandering around barnes and noble(s) {swap} i had a pertty good day today. and tomorrow i get paid and that is wonderful. even if i can't spend any of it.

i'm out.
